We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@treasurelakesports.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items not in original packaging

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
